I got this from a friend. This was funny.

In an English class, a teacher asked her students to made a sentence.
“Class, I want you to make a sentence with Green, Pink and Yellow in it. Anyone?”
“Mam!” Daniel shouted.
“Yes, Daniel, please!”
“When I went to school this morning, I saw green grass, pink flowers and a yellow sun.”
“That’s good, Daniel. Anyone else?” she asked, “Yes, you, Shawn, please” as Shawn raised his hand.
“When I woke up this morning, telephone rang ‘green, green’, so pink it up and said ‘Yellow’!”

Dyslexia

It's called Dyslexia.

Rangkaian tulisan diatas adalah apa yang akan terlihat dari mata seorang penderita dyslexia. Dyslexia bukan penyakit dan bukan gangguan jiwa. Begitu juga dengan Attention Disorder, Hyperactive, Digraphia, Discalculia, etc. Semua yang di atas masuk dalam kategori Learning Difficulties.

Banyak sekali di Indonesia yang mengalami ini. Bahkan dikhawatirkan 6-10% anak di setiap SD mengalami Learning Difficulties seperti diatas.

Dulu sampai sekarang, anak2 ini dibilang bego atau males. Tau bagaimana rasanya kalau elo punya dyslexia dan dibilang bego? Sangat depresif. Sangat memalukan. Padahal rata rata yang Learning Difficulties ini IQnya standar atau diatas rata rata.

Sekarang pertanyaan gue:

Karena ada cara untuk elo membantu. Bagian yang dibawah ini adalah bagian yang paling penting dalam posting ini.

Ada sebuah acara sosialisasi dan penggalangan dana untuk sebuah sekolah bernama SD Pantara. SD Pantara menampung dan mendidik secara khusus anak anak yang mengalami Learning Difficulties.

Its tough. Perhatiannya harus ekstra dibandingkan dengan pendidikan biasa di sekolah. Setiap kelas ada 1 guru dan 1 psikolog.
Misinya: Menyiapkan mereka agar bisa masuk SMP normal kembali.
Karena LD (learning difficulties) membutuhkan proses yang panjang dan menyeluruh.
Biayanya sangat mahal. Saat inipun biayanya per anak di atas Rp 10.000.000,- when education should be cheap or maybe even free.

Kita bisa bantu mereka.
Kita bisa bantu memurahkan biayanya.
Kita bahkan bisa bantu banyak hal untuk mereka.

A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain...Good!

A: You're not listening....Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil. In fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?

Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa beans! Another vegetable. It's the best feel-good food around!!

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.

Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape! !

Ga ada isinya…. Hehehe… bawa tas juga cm buat gaya…. Loh????!!!
Tas g gede, tp isinya dikit, namanya juga buat gaya. Wakakaka….

Name tag (musti dibawa, soale kalo sewaktu2 ada pengecekan, trus ga bawa, kan repot), USB Flash disk Nexus 1 GB, Dompet, Kunci mobil, Kabel Data HP, Handsfree Nokia, Kunci Rumah, Kunci Serep Mobil. Selaen itu pasti selalu bawa W880i and N6225 (cdma), tapi ga masuk tas sih, g kantongin.


Selaen bawa tas ini, g bawa kantong makan yg isinya bekal makan siang g. Hehehehehe….
Biasanya bawa 1 tempat nasi, and 2 tempat lauk yang kecil2. Kalo lagi ga males, kadang bawa jus juga.

Selaen kompie, ada Jam Harry Potter (gratisan waktu beli HP 7), tempat tissue roll (gratisan juga waktu kawinan), Tupperware buat makanan kecil (gratisan juga, alias comot dari rumah), kalender (gratisan juga, dikasi ma kantor), dan gelas (satu2nya barang yang ga gratisan, hehehehehe…)

Thursday Eleven

Fiuh… akhirnya, beban demi beban terlepas dari pundak g. Walopun belum semua urusan kelar, tapi udah mayan lah. Hari minggu kmrn jet pam di rumah rusak, aer pam juga ga nyala. Alhasil, mandi cuma skali d (padahal biasanya juga cm skali kalo hari minggu). Mungkin krn musim kmarau yang panjang jadi aer tanah pada abis. Tapi masa sih???? Ga tau la, yg penting skrg dah nyala lagi tu aer pam.

Besok ga masuk kantor, mo ada meeting di Hotel Mulia Senayan. Meetingnya MasterCard. Katanya enak loh makanannya, katrok banget ya, meeting tapi yang dipikir makanannya…. Hehehehehe….. bsk bakal berangkat bareng temen g d, secara ga tau jalan ke sono (udik), tau si tapi ga yakin (ngeles). Hohoho…

Implementasi patches tinggal sebulan lagi, tapi UAT aja belum mulai. Masih nunggu file dari MasterCard n nunggu sertifikasi dari Visa buat di-test. Panjang ni urusannya. Tapi test untuk enhancement-nya dah kelar. Senangnya……

Mo nulis apa lagi ya? Bingung…..

Stuck and Diet

STUCK! 1 kata yang bikin stressss….. Kerjaan stuck di mana2. Bingung mo ngapain, subsystem error, mo nge-tes juga ga bisa, nge-debug juga uda ampe bego ga ktemu problemnya, sampe2 mo ke kantor aja males banget. Mana deadline uda makin deket. Fiuh….

Minggu kmrn sempet diet loh, unbelievable. G sndiri juga ga kebayang bakal nglakuin tu yang namanya diet. Berawal pas nyokap kasi buku diet sehat tanpa rasa lapar untuk golongan darah. Pas dibaca menarik juga, karena toh dietnya ga bikin laper katanya. Ditambah lagi pengen ngurangin volume perut yang uda makin maju, ampe celana pada sempit. Akhirnya dimulai d tuh diet. 3 hari makan sayur + buah (tanpa nasi), 1 hari makan bebas, 3 hari makan daging + ikan (tanpa nasi).

Hari pertama, malemnya krasa laper banget, soalnya cuma makan pisang, brokoli, mangga, jus semangka+jambu n apel. Hari kedua dah mulai terbiasa, malah mulai eneg, karena cm makan buah. Pengen banget makan yang asin2. Hari ketiga terlewati dengan baik. Hari keempat, saatnya makan nasi, nasi jadi krasa enak banget…. Huhuhhuhuh…. Hari kelima ampe ketuju ga gitu berat, karena makan ayam, ikan tuna dan daging sapi. Ga gitu tersiksa seperti hari pertama.

Alhasil, turun 3 kilo. Mayan lah…. Seneng juga, bisa turun segitu. Tapi hari selanjutnya juga musti menghindari susu n segala produknya , termasuk keju (kecuali mozarela) n es krim, gandum n segala produknya, dengan demikian ga bole menyentuh yang namanya Pizza… waks????!!!! Daging olahan juga ga boleh, yang berarti ga bole makan mie n bakso. Huh!!!! 1 lagi yang paling susah, cumi. Kok semua makanan kesukaan g ya???? Dari keju, es krim, mie, pizza ampe cumi. Susah punya golongan darah O. Tapi katanya golongan darah lain lebih berat dietnya. Masa sih????
